  • What exactly does a Sales & Operations Consultant do?

    I support small businesses by improving how they run and sell… streamlining admin, optimising sales pipelines, setting up systems, and removing the chaos from daily operations. Think of me as your right-hand woman or the behind-the-scenes business growth engine.

  • How is this different from hiring a VA or admin assistant?

    I bring senior-level experience in sales strategy and operations, not just task management. While I do handle admin, my focus is also on helping you close deals, build better systems, and create more time for what actually moves your business forward.

  • Can I hire you for just one project or do you only work long-term?

    Absolutely! I offer both one-off project support (like CRM setup, system audits, or launch planning) and ongoing support for business owners who want consistent help keeping things on track.

  • What kind of businesses do you usually work with?

    Mostly small business owners, consultants, creative service providers, coaches, and growing teams who need strategic support but aren’t ready (or don’t want) to hire in-house.

  • How do you communicate and collaborate with clients?

    We have an agreed Weekly standup call via Zoom, Teams, Google Meets etc. We then discuss your immediate requirements and then use a Project Management tool such as Trello, Notion etc to keep everyone accountable.

  • How do we know what has been completed in the week and what points are outstanding?

    The project management tool is crucial. I’ll keep you informed throughout the week on my progress and I’ll always shutdown the week with a summary email confirming what I have achieved.

  • How do you handle sensitive information like passwords or financial data?

    I only access financial platforms, CRMs, or tools like NordPass with your explicit permission and through secure, encrypted channels. We’ll use trusted tools for password sharing and access control.

    Before any work begins, we’ll sign a clear, binding agreement that outlines confidentiality, scope of access, and data protection measures, so you can feel completely secure.

  • Do you replace a sales team or work alongside one?

    I can do both. I often support solopreneurs who are the sales team, but I’ve also worked alongside SDRs, sales leaders, and marketers to improve handovers, follow-ups, and conversion processes.

  • How do I know if I’m ready to work with you?

    If you're feeling stretched, spending more time in the business than on it, or you know things could run better but aren’t sure where to start, that’s usually a good sign it’s time to bring someone in.
